The Heriot Watt Yoga Society is created and tailored for students by students.
We teach how to connect your mind and body as one together to focus on the present and what your body needs to get through the stress of university life. Classes are every Thursday 5-6 and are currently run by the president of the society, but any other yoga enthusiast are welcome to teach their skills. We welcome pure beginners but fear not you pros out there we have a few tricks to make things a bit more exciting for you all! Everyone is welcome at the Yoga society
