Irrespective of opinions, alcohol is amply consumed on a global scale and more specifically, within British University culture. Our relationship with alcohol is so developed, that public health campaigns such as Dry January show us that going one month without alcohol is challenging.

For something that is such an integral part of our lives, it's important to understand its effects on our mood, mental health and more. Join us to find out the tradeoffs to a night of drinking and how students across the UK have addressed their relationships with alcohol.
