Macramé plant hangers and more! All profits will go towards saving the ocean! Contact me directly to place an order, or check out my Depop!
Heey all! Thank you for choosing to supporting small businesses during Christmas.
I am selling handmade macrame crafts and sustainably sorced seaglass jewllary. All money made from selling these items go towards a marine conservation fundraiser that I have had set up for over a year now.
I have been making macrame plant hangers for a while now but have expanded my skill and have been making other things such as, wall hangings, cat hamocks and more! I have also been making seaglass jewllary that I have hand collected from the beaches around Scotland and also during beach cleans organised by the Ocean Conservation Society, it is a great way to turn treasures found on the beach into something beautiful. You can see more of my crafts on my Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/plants_get_knotty/.
You can either by my items through myself personally (via Instagram, or email) or through Depop: https://www.depop.com/anjali__/
Don't by shy to message me also about custom orders.
With the macrame, let me know what you want and I can make it for you from scratch to ensure that it is the correct size and specifications you desire. Each item is marked with recycled organic cotton or sustainable twine. I try to ensure that my crafts have little impact to the environment as possible.
Each Item of the seaglass jewllary will be different due to the nature of the shape and colour of the seaglass but I can happily send you photos of what seaglass I have to ensure you get the piece of jewllary perfect for you. I also have many thinks already made so if you are unsure or have have nothing specific this will be perfect for you, feel free to message me on Instagram or via email (ap174@hw.ac.uk) to discuss what I have or what I can do for you.
More about my fundraising: I am raising money for marine probono in Honduras with Operation Wallacea. This research will help with ongoing research on the sea urchin populations on the Carribean sea. A species of sea urchin was almost wiped out by an unknown disease a few decades ago and it is important to research their recovery to look at why the population hasn't fully recovered and also to understand their importance as grazers and their role in coral reef health. If you want more information about this and to see how much I have manged to fundraise so far feel free to follow this link: https://linktr.ee/AnjaliPunn
Hopfully I can help you find something perfect for either yourself or as a present this Xmas.
Love,
Anj ap174@hw.ac.uk
